Question 1

What does EmblemThread's print-on-demand offer include?

Accepted Answer

The catalog includes a Bella+Canvas 3001 Unisex Jersey Short Sleeve Tee configured for Printify Choice, United States fulfillment, and DTG printing. The catalog currently marks this tee as not ready. Checkout depends on the provider setup and tee variants passing the app’s readiness checks, so live ordering is not available in every deployment.

Question 2

Which apparel categories can I explore?

Accepted Answer

The catalog lists a Bella+Canvas 3001 short-sleeve tee, a pullover hoodie, a crewneck sweatshirt, a tank, and a structured cap. The tee is the only item configured for Printify order fulfillment. The hoodie, crewneck sweatshirt, tank, and cap are preview-only; they can be explored in the catalog but are not orderable through the current fulfillment path.

Question 3

What happens after a customer places an order?

Accepted Answer

After checkout, the app verifies payment. If payment is verified, it checks Printify readiness and submits the order. Once Printify returns an order ID and status, the app maps that status for the order-status page. If payment verification is pending or Printify is not ready or unavailable, the app keeps the order pending or shows status and retry guidance instead of marking it complete. The app does not provide a production or delivery estimate.
